Jürgen Lukas

Managing Partner

Jürgen Lukas

Jürgen Lukas is Managing Partner of Bluemont Consulting and founding partner of its predecessor Lukas & Company. Jürgen has more than 20 years of consulting expertise. During his consulting career he was responsible for numerous global projects in industries such as automotive, technology, telecommunications, retail and energy & cleantech.

In addition to his experience in strategy and organisational transformation projects, he is an expert in sales & marketing, CRM, service, aftersales and e-commerce.

Prior to founding Lukas & Company, he worked with A.T. Kearney and founded a software startup company in the telecommunications and internet industries. After gaining Siemens Mobile as strategic investor, he sold the company successfully a few years later.

Jürgen has a master degree in international management from the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg and Business School in Turku (Finland). He is fluent in German, English and Spanish.




Markus Fraenkel

Markus Fränkel

Markus Fraenkel is Managing Partner of Bluemont Consulting. He has more than 25 years of experience in top management consulting and industry positions. His sector expertise includes process industries (chemical, steel, industrial gas), engineering, consumer goods & retail, automotive (OEM and suppliers), other manufacturing industries, energy & cleantech and communications, media and technology. He has advised multinational corporations, medium-sized companies as well as private equity firms on growth, strategy, organisational structure and effectiveness, mergers & acquisitions, marketing & sales, and transaction support.

Markus is an expert in the fields of restructuring, overhead optimisation, BPO, shared services and offshoring, where he has a solid track record of supporting multinational companies in continental Europe, the UK and US. His project experience in market facing issues such as marketing, pricing, sales and distribution has resulted in Markus’ deep knowledge of current trends in various industries.

Prior to joining Bluemont Consulting, Markus worked for renowned top management consultancies such as A.T. Kearney, where he was acting as Head of Marketing and Communications for Central Europe, amongst others. His deep experience in consumer goods and retail was obtained early in his career as Head of Key Account Management at Chocoladefabriken Lindt & Sprüngli and as a consultant at MC Marketing Corporation AG. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, one of Germany’s leading universities.




Alberto Belle

Alberto Belle

Alberto Belle is Senior Partner responsible for our global high tech business. He helps companies and research institutions make their R&D and innovations create revenue. As Project Technical Advisor, Alberto has coached industrial R&D projects funded by the European Commission from beginning to end.

Alberto has worked worldwide with large multinationals in IT and telecommunications as well as high tech companies, helping them understand changing markets, anticipate disruptive trends, and reduce the risk when commercialising new products and services.

He is fluent in the three key languages for innovation:

  • Technical: M.Sc. Electrical Engineering - University of Zaragoza, Spain
  • Business: International MBA - University of Helsinki, Finland
  • Psychology of Excellence: Certified NLP Master Practitioner by The American Board of NLP

Dieter Mall

Dieter Mall is Associate Partner of Bluemont Consulting in our Munich office. He has more than 20 years experience from leading industry positions and top management consulting. He helps global telecom operators, service providers, consumer good manufacturers, suppliers and service companies to improve their performance across the entire value chain. He has led many global teams and projects and is an expert in sales, business development, product management, marketing, communications, as well as in cost cutting programs and organisational design. He has deep insight into organisational structures and improvement programs. Dieter has also profound experience in start up and restructuring initiatives.

Prior to joining Bluemont Consulting, Dieter worked for renowned top companies such as E-Plus,, BT/o2, Wincor-Nixdorf, Allianz Global Assistance, Gigaset, where he was acting in several leading management positions. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Münster, one of Germany’s leading universities.




Robert Oostendorp

Robert Oostendorp

Robert Oostendorp is Associate Partner in our global automotive service practice. He helps global automotive manufacturers, suppliers and dealers to increase their value across the entire value chain. He has led many global automotive projects and is an expert in product development and management as well as in life cycle management. He is also an expert in organisational design as he has deep insight into organisational structures and improvement initiatives of leading OEMs.

Robert is a senior automotive executive with long-standing industry experience in top management positions with BMW, in strategic and operative marketing & sales. At BMW he was responsible for product management and worldwide market introduction of the 3 series. Additionally Robert runs his own consulting business which specialises in supporting companies operating in Brazil.

Robert holds a degree in International Management from the University of Munich and did a postgraduate study of International Trade and Economic Development at the University of California, Berkeley/CA. He is fluent in German, English and Portuguese.




Martin C. Krebs

Associate Partner

Martin C. Krebs is Associate Partner in North America. Martin has more than 17 years of work experience, majority of which were in senior management positions in the automotive industry. He was a Managing Director / CFO of a large automotive supplier and previously senior legal counsel for a multinational vehicle manufacturer in southwest Germany. His project experience is worldwide, with focus on USA, China and Germany. The automotive industry, the manufacturing industry and the aviation industry are his core industries of expertise.

Martin has a broad experience in organisational development projects, restructuring, finance and controlling, program implementation for compliance, risk management, corporate social responsibility or other regulatory requirements. He also advises in regard to transactions and market analyses.

Martin completed his legal education at the Justus Liebig University Giessen with the state exam and at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Master of Laws (LL.M.). He complemented his studies at the University of Southern Queensland with a Master of Business Administration (MBA).




Mohammed El Sayed

Mohammed El Sayed Mohammed El Sayed is Associate Partner in our growing MENA region. Mohammed is a Senior Automotive Executive with over 25 years of regional experience including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Africa and Egypt. He is a former CEO and worked in top management positions in the automotive sector for reputable automotive dealerships and distributors, previously with GM, BMW and others, where he successfully managed automotive business activities including sales, marketing, service, network and CKD assembling on regional and international levels. He specialises in turning around business through strategic & objectives based management and hands on leadership and developing regional businesses with global OEMs for new ventures and start-ups (assembly, service, export, dealer networks). Project management and international JVs are additional areas of expertise.




Malgorzata B. Borowa

Associate Partner

Malgorzata Borowa is the Associate Partner for our worldwide business in areas of Compliance Management, Risk Management and Corporate Governance, as well as owner and Managing Director of the Munich consultancy MBB Consulting. She has 17 years of experience in Compliance and Compliance-related functions, such as Audit, SOX, IKS, Antifraud and Risk Management. She advises banks, medium-sized and MDAX companies in the design and implementation of tailored compliance management systems in accordance with ONR 192050 / ISO 19600 and IDW PS 980, as well as in development and improvement of compliance processes, tools, trainings and audits.

Malgorzata is founder and CEO of Fundacja Rozwoju Compliance with headquarters in Warsaw, a Polish foundation that supports the development of compliance management in Poland.

She has successfully completed a Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) training as part of a worldwide comprehensive training and certification program at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and became one of the first compliance specialists in Germany. She completed her business degree at University for Economics and Law in Berlin.

Malgorzata gives regular lectures on compliance-relevant topics in Germany, Austria and Poland. She is author of numerous publications on Compliance, i.a. co-author of the book “Compliance Management Systems. Field tested elements, processes and tools”, which was published by C. H. Beck publishing house.
